It is possible to recieve a vaccination which covers both Typhoid and Hepatitis A - this is called Viatim. This vaccination provides 3 years cover for Typhoid and initially 1 year cover for Hepatitis A (if this is your first Hep A shot). In 6 - 12 months you are able to have a booster Hep A shot which will provide you with 20 - 30 years protection from this disease.
